No. Operational skills are not exclusive to the real estate industry, but it is where I have the most experience. Introductions are free so what I recommend is contacting me to get the conservation started and this way we can evaluate if my services are a fit for your company.

"What markets do you serve?"

My experience allows me the ability to confidently help teams and brokerages refine their operations and grow their market share in all 50 U.S. states.

"Do you ever work with competing real estate brokerages?"

No. If we're in a contracted working relationship I do not work in any capacity with the competition in your market - or the markets in which you're looking to expand your market share.

"How much do you charge for your services?

Once we've met and the needs for your business are understood, I will prepare a pricing proposal with an estimated timeline for completion.

In what types of real estate markets have you worked?

Primary home, second home, vacation properties, investment properties, metropolitan cities, mountain markets, beach communities, and luxury home sales ($2,000,000+).

"What's the typical time frame
for completion?"

It depends on the goals of the

business. Operational review and refinements are typically short term contracts. If you're launching a new business or looking to expand your market share, that will most likely be a longer term contract.
