Born and raised on Florida’s Emerald Coast in Fort Walton Beach, Michelle's journey in real estate began early. In 2009, the same year she graduated high school, her mother opened a local real estate brokerage — marking the start of what would become a lifelong career in the industry.

Over the past 15 years Michelle has built a career focused on brokerage operations, leadership, profitability, and growth strategy. She spent 12 years with the Sotheby’s International Realty brand, serving in operational and leadership roles across several distinguished U.S. markets — including five years in Boulder, Colorado, two years in southern California, and five years along Northwest Florida’s scenic 30A corridor and greater Santa Rosa Beach area.

Throughout her tenure, Michelle specialized in designing and optimizing systems and processes, evaluating and implementing emerging technology, attracting and retaining top talent, strategically expanding market share, and guiding brokerages through mergers and acquisitions.

Now operating as a consultant and business strategist, Michelle leverages her vast experience to bring strategic and people-centered approaches to  brokerages and teams aiming to scale sustainably and stay competitive.
